In the spirit of a wish
Since 2005 Marquis Spas has helped children with life-threatening illnesses by becoming a national sponsor for Make-A-Wish Foundation® UK and has helped grant 22 wishes to date for Make-A-Wish.
Make-A-Wish Foundation grants magical wishes to children and young people fighting life-threatening illnesses, and is the largest wish-granting charity in the world. The UK arm of the organisation is one of 32 international affiliates spanning five continents and was founded in 1986, since then granting more than 5,300 wishes across the whole of the UK.
Since helping with our first wish, 22 children have received a Marquis spa as their wish through Make-A-Wish. Many children request Spas as the wish they want granted because it helps them to feel relaxed and more mobile — children such as Lucy whose spa wish was granted with the help of her local Marquis dealers Pete and Rachael Grinnall of Complete Spas in Evesham.
Marquis Spas continues to work closely with Make-A-Wish, and looks forward to helping to grant many children’s wishes in the future.
